The project involved comprehensive work that included:

• Rehabilitation of poolside amenities, including lighting, shower and changing areas, and seating spaces;

• Beautification efforts, such as the repainting of fences and walls, installation of new fixtures, and enhancement of the pool’s aesthetic appeal through modern design touches;

• Landscaping improvements, including the planting of greenery, installation of decorative stones and walkways, and strategic shade placement to improve comfort and ambiance.

This initiative was completed under the same administration that earlier this year successfully renovated the Swimming Pool Surroundings and undertook necessary repairs of the pool tiles, addressing long-standing concerns over safety and usability. These efforts were instrumental in laying the groundwork for the broader rehabilitation and beautification project that followed.

Through careful planning, resource management, and a strong sense of community responsibility, the Board of Directors has once again demonstrated its commitment to the improvement of our shared spaces. These developments not only enhance the value of our properties but also foster a stronger sense of pride and unity among residents.
